Authors of accepted papers must obtain and provide to the editor, on final acceptance, all necessary permissions to reproduce any copyrighted work, including test materials (or portions thereof), photographs, and other graphic images (including those used as stimuli in experiments). Your article cannot go into production until all permissions are secured for reproduced and adapted items. Regardless of whether permission is required, you must acknowledge the original source in your paper. Please include a full citation for each item that is reproduced or adapted from another source, including the page(s) on which is it found. Permission can be secured via fax, mail, e-mail, or the publisher’s website. When permission has been secured, send this to the Peer Review Coordinator.
